The Core Dump

A strong conviction that something must be done is the parent of many bad measures

April Fools

You are not funny. Neither is your April Fool’s joke.

If you are even thinking about committing some sort of April Fool’s Day Prank on the Internet, think again.

Here’s the deal: Are you a professional comedian? Do people often tell you that hey, “You are so funny you should be on stage!” If you answered no to both these questions, you should not come up with some kind of “funny” April Fools-type joke and think you’re doing anybody any kind of favor by sharing your wit.

Just step away from the blog editor.

Thank you. The rest of the world appreciates your sacrifice.
