A Swedish redneck has proven this beyond all doubt by retro-fitting a Volvo engine into an old tractor and in the process creating a vehicle quite worthy of Mad Max.
In a twist of fate, the villain of The Road Warrior was played by a Swedish guy, so this even makes some weird kind of cosmic sense.
Some men just want to watch the world peel out in a tractor.
