Here are my recollections from as much of the final presidential debate of 2008 I could stand to watch:
“You are going to raise taxes.”
“No I’m not.”
“You are going to raise taxes.”
“No I’m not.”
“You are going to raise taxes.”
“No I’m not.”
“You told a plumber you are going to raise taxes.”
“No I didn’t.”
“You are going to raise taxes.”
“No I’m not.”
Sigh.
